EPRMHA AGM/AGA

The EPRMHA Annual General Meeting will take place upstairs at the Hawkesbury Arena on Tuesday, April 25^th, 2023 at 7:00 PM. We encourage all members to participate in the meeting and to volunteer for the Executive Committee. At the AGM we will be:

• Voting on updates to the Constitution that have been approved by the Executive Committee. The proposed updated Constitution can be found here (Constitution)
• Nominating and voting for candidates for the following positions on the Executive Committee:
  • Vice-President U7/U9
  • Registrar
  • Scheduler
  • Secretary
  • Equipment Manager
  • Referee-in-Chief

L'assemblée générale annuelle de l'APRMH aura lieu à l'étage de l'aréna de Hawkesbury le mardi 25 avril 2023 à 19h00. Nous encourageons tous les membres à participer à l'assemblée et à se porter volontaire pour faire partie du comité exécutif. Lors de l'AGA, nous allons

• Voter sur les mises à jour de la Constitution qui ont été approuvées par le Comité exécutif. La proposition de mise à jour de la Constitution est disponible ici (Constitution)
• Nommer et voter pour les candidats aux postes suivants du Comité exécutif :
  • Vice-président U7/U9
  • Greffier
  • Programmateur
  • Secrétaire
  • Responsable de l'équipement
  • Arbitre en chef
